Kia Ora!!

Last Tuesday, I arrived back from 6 weeks in NZ.
It was a great time catching up with my family that I hadn’t seen in 3-4 years,
and with some friends I hadn’t seen in a looooong time.
I BBQed on Christmas Day…went surfing on New Years Day!!!(Yeah!!)…and traveled around the top part of the South Island for a week. I was struck again just how incredibly beautiful my home is… The Marlborough Sounds rock!!(No pun intended!)
It felt sooo good to be back..like putting on your ol’ favorite pair of jeans again….
that I didn’t want to leave. (I didn’t even touch a guitar in that time.)
The time away from everything did me good and I’ve come back very open for change.
This week we have our first band practice for the year, and I’m looking forward to seeing the guys again. (Need to get my playing back up to scratch this week. ;-) Haha )
