I met with Andi & Seby yesterday morning for another band practice.
Volker, unfortunately, couldn’t be there so we did the Trio-thing!! Sounded good!
In my opinion, that’s the real test for a band…that the songs can work in a 3 piece setting and still sound strong. I like the challenge of that. :-)
We also got another new song I’d written done.
Next week will be our last chance meet up before the Christmas break begins, so we’ll be making the most of that.

Hey there beautiful people!!

How was the week?
This morning’s practice was very effective and a lot of fun. The new song I presented last week is working well, and today Volker added the finishing touches to what we’d already arranged. It sounds amazing!!
Over the last weeks we’ve also been working on a cover version of Pink Floyd’s song ‘Money’.
(Forget every other cover version you’ve heard of this song. This one’s totally different…and it rocks!)
Once again, that too received the final touching up this morning.
As a band, we’re enjoying having this time to be able to prepare without the pressure of having gigs steering at us. But we’re definitely looking forward to getting out there…soon!!

Hi everyone!

Hope you’re having a good week.
Last weekend I was able to catch up with Ecky and Alex, (former drummer & Bass player).
It was so good to see then again…we laughed a lot…”time for some Eck-tunes baby!! ;-)
This Friday I’ll be rehearsing with STRiNGFELLOW… looking forward to working on the songs with the guys.
(Got a new one finished today too…maybe we’ll try it out.)
